We believe we all have a part to play in growing, blessing and building the church. It is not simply the job of a few women and men but for us all to work together and draw out the best skills we have and put them to good use.

The Bless leadership team is...

Linda Ward

Linda is the Bless team leader. She has a lot of experience working on local and national projects. Linda is a great visionary and helps inspire us all onwards. Linda has lived in the borough all her life.

Ann Clifford

Ann brings a great creative edge and energy, she spends some of her time as a writer and film director. She also supports the local arts and always has a project on the go!

Richard Ward

Richard works in the commercial creative industry, he also supports many local Ealing and Brentford campaigns and initiatives putting his communications skills to good use.

Naz Pambakian

Naz is a well respected local GP and brings community leadership in many areas. He is a avid footie fan and has lived in Ealing for most of his life.

Steve Clifford

Steve is the general director of a national churches charity, Steve has great experience in many national and international roles. He lives in Ealing with his wife and extended family.

Ian Brown

Ian is on the teaching team of an Ealing school, he also spends a lot of time behind the keys of a piano, both playing and teaching.

Jo Pambakian
Jo serves in many leadership capacities across the Borough of Ealing, particularly working with youth and young people, she lives in Ealing.

Sara Ward
Sara moved to Brentford in 1991 and has had a passion for building community ever since. While she has many events, activities and projects in her portfolio, she is also responsible for the Children & Families work at Bless and co-ordinates Soul In Brentford (the joint work of local churches). In her spare time she is a School Governor and also runs Chicken Keeping courses!

A bit more detail...

Linda Ward leads our team, Linda is married with 2 children and has lived in the area all her life. Linda led Bridge Church in Brentford for 7 years before taking up the challenge to lead Bless. When asked what her vision for Bless is Linda says “we want to encourage, resource and support people as they give themselves to our world to help make it a better place”.

Others alongside Linda include Ian Brown who was involved in leading Ealing Christian Fellowship for over 20 years. Ian, who is a musician, lives and works in Ealing and is married with 3 children. Steve Clifford brings a huge amount of experience to the Bless team from his many years involvement in national charities and churches, he was instrumental in spearheading March For Jesus. He lives in Ealing with his wife Ann and they have 2 grown up children. Sara Ward has many years of experience working with local communities and groups and leads the Soul-in-Brentford work on behalf of the local church leaders. Sara is married with 2 children.
