Missional living is an integral part of church life – choosing to live in a way that attracts others to Jesus. We love to see our church grow in number and diversity and our small groups accommodate and reflect this. Although they meet in various locations, these groups are unified as part of one church family. If you would like to join a group, please speak to a member of the missional living team.

We always want to be growing and finding new ways to welcome people into the family of God – Bless Time is an opportunity to be intentional about this. Roughly four times a year we spend an evening sharing a meal at a local pub, The New Inn, giving space for more intimate connection, reflection and prayer, receiving updates and enjoying each other’s company. Our version of a church meeting.

We are committed to raising up strong leaders, with wisdom and integrity. With partners such as Pioneer and DNA, we have run several courses to develop leadership character, calling and competencies. Exciting new opportunities will kick off from Autumn 2015, with more developments from Spring 2016, including Pathways to Leadership (in conjunction with Pioneer). If you are interested in taking part, please speak to a member of the leadership team.
Based on the successful ‘Freedom in Christ’ books and courses, we are developing our own series to present these transformational truths to our Bless family. Beginning in Autumn 2015, the original 13-week course material will be adapted into a Bless version. There will be an opportunity for prayer and ministry at the mid-point and at the end for those who are able to commit to the full series.

We are working closely with Carl Wills (Pioneer) to develop a new Prophetic Learning Community. This would include gathering together those involved in London for at least two week-ends a year, monthly skype meetings and mentoring, working towards hosting a ‘Four Winds’ Conference with minimum commitment being one year. We are intentionally seeking to redeem the theological understanding and practice of being a truly apostolic and prophetic church. Further details to be released in Autumn 2015.
Alpha is an opportunity to explore life and the Christian faith in a friendly, open and informal environment. Typically, the course has around 10 sessions which include food, a short talk and discussion where you can share your thoughts. Bless has run many different courses over the years, in homes, cafes, pubs and local community halls. Please let us know if you would like to be part of the Alpha team or would like to attend a course.

We are working closely with Billy Kennedy (Pioneer) to develop a Pioneer Pathways to Leadership. This robust course is designed for those specifically called to (and involved in) church leadership. This course will test this calling and has electives to choose from regarding training and mentoring. Leaders will be formally recognised at the end of this process. Further details to be released in Autumn 2015 for a January 2016 start.
