Being a follower of Jesus means going after Him in every area of our lives. When we are growing in our love for Jesus and experiencing His power, grace and freedom for ourselves, only then can we truly make Him known to our families, friends, neighbours, and colleagues.
We are committed to valuing people for who they are, not just what they do. Wherever you come from, your background, age or education, you are uniquely loved and called by name. You deserve the joy and security of knowing your identity in Jesus and we pray that Bless releases the best in you.
Our vision is to be a community of people loving Jesus, making His message attractive and accessible to all. We believe this will renovate our world. Our vision must shape and direct all we do everyday through projects, our daily lives, our gatherings and those sent beyond our locality.
The hospitality of Jesus is an open heart and a generous spirit and we hope you will see this woven through everything we do. Hospitality breeds belonging, family and community. It’s not about the size of your home or your wallet but about the overflow of your heart.
We are partners in God’s mission and that extends beyond our church and local community. We look to see where God is at work and join in. Everything we do at Bless must equip and release people into the home, the workplace and the community to bring about transformation in society.
Bless is about calling out the best in one another, in our communities and celebrating successes. Jesus showed us how to celebrate and how to mark special events - even turning water into wine! Our foundation is built on enjoying and sharing the good news of Jesus.
Collaboration is natural to us and our reach extends beyond ourselves. We work in partnership with other local churches from all denominations and Churches Together groups. Through West London Leaders, we have links with over 120 churches and ministries.
To be authentic is to be real, honest and courageous. We believe in the transformational power of the good news, so we are secure, unashamed and free to live open lives. We have no interest in putting on a ‘religious’ show. We hope that our lives tell a story which is attractive and challenging.
