OUR TEAM
The Bless team has a broad range of experience and giftings. We come from different backgrounds and bring different perspectives. What brings us together is a heart to embrace God, equip the Church and bless the city.
Leadership
Tom Callister
Senior Church Leader
Tom lives in Boston Manor, as well as leading Bless with the team, he loves getting involved in businesses and has founded a successful musical company called West End Does/Chorus.
Jacob Simpson
Church Leader & Youth Pastor
Jacob is our associate church leader and youth pastor for Bless. Having worked in the music industry, he studied theology and now lives in Ealing. He is a die-hard Man United supporter.
Ella Simpson
Church Leader
Ella serves on our leadership team and is a team leader for a drug and alcohol charity. She’s passionate about seeing lives transformed, loves walking, and enjoys time with family and friends.
Ian Brown
Church Leader
Ian is one of the founding members of the church, he’s a great Bible scholar and is a keen musician. He and his wife Anne have two grandchildren to keep their hands full.
Staff
Becky Blackwell
Children’s & Family Pastor
Becky is our children’s pastor and loves meeting new families, she lives in Ealing with her husband Dan and two children.
Val Light
Financial Officer
Val is our finances whizz and keeps all the books ship shape, she has been a part of the Bless family for many years!
Jacob May
Intern & Church Media Lead
Jacob is our intern and oversees church media. He is doing a New Wine Discipleship Year before university to study graphic design.
Core Ministry Team
Our Core Ministry Team includes Tom Callister & Jacob Simpson from our Leadership Team, Becky Blackwell from our Staff Team, Maddy Bird as our Chair of Trustees, plus the following people:
