CURRENT BLESS VACANCIES

  • We are looking for a Youth Worker to lead and develop our ministry with young people at Bless Community Church. This includes:

    • Building a culture of discipleship that helps young people encounter Jesus, grow in their faith and become active participants in the life and mission of the church.

    • Recruiting, supporting and equipping volunteers to create excellent, safe and relational youth ministry.

    • Building strong relationships with young people and their families, creating spaces where they feel known, supported and able to explore faith.

    • Reaching beyond the walls of the church through the Basement Youth Café, schools work and partnerships across West London, building meaningful relationships and creating opportunities for young people to encounter Jesus.

  • We are looking for an Operations Lead to help strengthen the organisation and day-to-day life of Bless Community Church. This includes:

    • Supporting the Church Leader and Leadership Team to turn vision and strategy into practical action.

    • Overseeing key church administration, systems and communications, helping Bless operate effectively and professionally.

    • Supporting and equipping volunteers, strengthening teams and helping people flourish in their ministry.

    • Helping develop the church’s resources through fundraising, creative thinking and opportunities that support the continued growth and mission of Bless.
